Part snug, part luxe- it is made in breathable seersucker cotton fabric decorated with summery fuchsia pink and white gingham checks. It has puffed sleeves with and draw-stringed ties at sleeves and neck and it gently flares out through the relaxed, tiered, floaty skirt.
